George's Rose brings a burst of colour that looks custom made. Flowers open in rich amber gold, then reveal a neat red eye at the centre of every petal. Yellow stamens glow in the middle, adding a bright ring that makes the bloom look sharp and defined from a distance.
This is not just about looks. The flowers stay open, with around 10 to 15 petals, so bees and butterflies can feed easily. That means more life in the garden. George's Rose repeat flowers from June right through autumn, and simple deadheading helps it keep going.
The plant forms a strong, compact bush to around 100cm tall with healthy mid green foliage. It works in borders, along a path as a low flowering hedge, or in a large patio pot for bold colour close to the house.
Supplied as a freshly potted, established rose in a 4 litre pot, ready to plant.
We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months.
