Description

A stylish new climbing rose you won't want to miss! 'Patricia Boe' produces glossy leaves and softly scented summer blooms, each with five big petals, gently serrated at the edge. Roses open along the length of the climbing foliage across summer, opening from buds into circular blooms.

Colours radiate from the centre of each open flower, stretching outwards in waves, stripes, and speckles of white and pink, with a vibrant dusting of yellow stamens in the middle. Despite appearing delicate as they emerge repeatedly for months on green, disease-resistant leaves, the flowers are actually robust and able to withstand rain, heat, and wind.

The dense foliage effortlessly climbs up all manner of garden structures, such as pergolas, obelisks, and archways. Even pollinators and beneficial insects will enjoy the summer flowers, rejoicing from a healthy supply of pollen. This rose has been lovingly named after Patricia Boe, the mother of OBE-winning star of musical theatre, Alfie Boe.

We are proud to donate £2.50 from the sale of each ‘Patricia Boe' rose to Brain Tumour Research (registered charity no. 1153487). This organisation is striving to find a cure for all types of brain tumours, through fundraising, with the aim of increasing UK investment in research to £35 million a year.

Supplied as an established plant in a 4L pot, ready to plant.
