Much of this castle’s international popularity centres around its role as the setting of the hit television series and film, Downton Abbey. Only an outstandingly regal rose could share the name of such an impressive and important building.
The ‘Highclere Castle’ climbing rose bursts to life in the summer months with repeat flowering deep pink to purple blooms. Not just a treat for the eyes, this rose also produces a pleasant fragrance to make any summertime garden stroll even more pleasant, without overwhelming other planted beauties.

We always endeavour to provide beautifully formed plants; however, our roses will naturally start to lose their leaves from October to prepare for the colder months.
