Due to problems caused by Covid-19 deliveries are sometimes taking longer than usual.

If you do not select a specific delivery date for your order we will aim to dispatch your order as per the below via DPD or Parcel Force, due to Staffing and Courier delays we cannot always guarantee these timescales. If your order is required urgently please select your preferred day at checkout and we will do our best to get it out on time.

Orders taken on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday/Tuesday. All orders are sent out using ParcelForce or DPD 24hr Service so delivery is expected on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Orders taken on a Monday will be dispatched on the Tuesday/Wednesday. All orders are sent out using ParcelForce or DPD 24hr Service so delivery is expected on Wednesday/Thursday.

Orders taken on a Tuesday will be dispatched on a Wednesday/Thursday. All orders are sent out using ParcelForce or DPD 24hr Service so delivery is expected on Thursday/Friday.

Normal Delivery charges are £5.95.

Roses cannot be delivered on a Monday due to the possibility of weekend containment reducing the quality of the product.
